A Certified Financial Planner with over 23 years experience working closely with clients to achieve their financial goals. Kevin founded Mission Financial in 2004 with the intent of creating an environment where clients could receive independent, unbiased financial advice.

Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge in 1997 and received the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2001. He is also licensed for life, accident and sickness insurance.

Kevin enjoys playing golf in the summer, watching the Medicine Hat Tigers in winter and enjoying music all year long with his two boys.

Vern joined the firm in 2018 after 12 years working at a local Chartered Accounting firm, and 10 years working as the Commercial and Project Controls Manager at a large publicly traded Highway and Infrastructure Construction company. This diverse work experience has helped him develop personal and professional partnerships based on trust, accountability and understanding.

Vern received the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2021 and is also licensed for life, accident and sickness insurance.

Married with three children, Vern enjoys camping and wakesurfing with family and friends, hockey, golf and watching his kids participate in various sporting events.
